Rachel Follett’s background
Rachel comes from a background in radio and TV and brings a wealth of global PR experience thanks to over 25 years in the industry. She headed up the PR, crisis management, TV and photography for The Global Challenge yacht races – bringing together some of the largest brands in the world – through to leading the PR, media and internal comms for the iconic retailer, Fat Face.
She has won awards for her TV coverage and has been Executive Producer for Channel 4 and Sky documentaries. Rachel’s influence has challenged dominant sports reporting and helped propel once niche sports including yacht racing, cycling, women’s road racing and stand-up paddle boarding onto TV news agendas and catapulted them into some of the most respected publications across the globe.
Rachel Morgan’s background
Rachel is a communications specialist and an award-winning television executive producer. Rachel started her broadcasting career as a BBC reporter and presenter so is an expert in what it takes to communicate to an audience.
She is credited with exposes of environmental shipping disasters, tracking down Al Qaeda in Africa, uncovering international chocolate companies’ use of child labour and stealing a government minister’s identity!
Mid-career Rachel directed many of the Britain’s most famous faces graduating to become the BBC Commissioning Editor for Science, History and Head of International Documentaries at renowned independent production companies where she worked with many other top names.
She has made series for all the major UK broadcasters and has worked in various roles with National Geographic, Discovery, ABC and Hulu in the US.
